Victoria Federici was born in Harlingen Texas, raised in Minnesota and has been living on Miami Beach for over sixteen years. As the past owner of her own real estate company Victoria has knowledge of all sides of real estate brokerage.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota as well as a Masters Degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Victoria has an extensive background in dealing with a diverse group of people. Victoria's people skills were sharpened, having worked for the Department of Corrections in Minnesota as well as the Department of Ministry in the Cayman Islands.

Victoria moved to Miami Beach in 1997 and immediately fell in love with one of the most magnificent beaches in the world: “South Beach”. As an investor and resident of many of the newest condominium projects such as The Continuum on South Beach, Portofino Tower, Canyon Ranch, Murano at Portofino and others, she has a detailed knowledge of the real estate development market on Miami Beach.
